DIPLOMACY INSTITUTE

Program Overview:

The Diplomacy Institute is the third-year summer program in our four-part leadership journey, held at John Knox Center in Geneva, Switzerland  bringing together Arab, Jewish-Israeli, and American teens aged 16–17.

Participants deepen cross-cultural relationships while learning from diplomats and visiting organizations, such as the UN or the Red Cross Headquarters.

Through writing, public speaking, and engagement with guest speakers from international organizations, participants will explore global struggles for peace, social justice, and social change. Participants will reflect on how different movements and leadership styles create impact. The program strengthens participants’ confidence, voice, and sense of global solidarity.

The group will also discover the city of Geneva and its beautiful lake.

By the end of the Diplomacy Institute, participants are more grounded in their shared identity as JPB participants, empowered to find their own leadership style and engage thoughtfully in the world around them.
