JPB WELCOMES NEW PROGRAM DIRECTOR: Adj Marshall comes with an extensive background in training and s


Jerusalem Peacebuilders is excited to announce Adj Marshall as its new Program Director. Hailing from Rhode Island, Marshall will manage JPB's high school leadership programs in Jerusalem and Bethlehem as well as our Summer Leadership Institutes in Houston, TX and Brattleboro, VT. Adj has over 12 years of experience as an educator, trainer, and advocate for socioeconomic justice. She will be leading our new staff and teacher training initiatives while supporting JPB's continued curriculum development projects.


In announcing the appointment, Nicholas Porter, Executive Director of Jerusalem Peacebuilders said "I could not be more pleased with Adj joining the JPB staff-team. Accepting the position, Marshall said "I am excited to work directly with young people to help them develop their peace-building practice, connect with community partners across Israel and Palestine and experiment with alternative training methodologies. She went on to say "as a lover of the arts and humanities, I am eager to explore the rich and diverse culture of my new home."

Adj holds an MA in Public Humanities and Cultural Heritage from Brown University and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Transformation from the School for International Training. Please join us in welcoming Adj to the team!
